Dallin G. Glenn



Dallin G. Glenn has worked in many aspects of intellectual property law, including litigation at the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) and in district courts, post-grant patent challenges at the USPTO, drafting patent applications and pursuing global prosecution strategies, and providing opinions on intellectual property matters. Representative technologies include biologics, pharmaceuticals, polymers, semiconductors, electrical equipment, wireless communications, construction materials, abrasive ceramics, and automotive technologies.

Mr. Glenn has represented clients in more than ten high-stakes disputes at the ITC, and Mr. Glenn’s strategic input and procedural expertise make him a valued member of the firm’s ITC practice. Mr. Glenn interned for the Honorable Chief Administrative Law Judge Paul J. Luckern of the ITC during law school, assisting the Chief Judge with an extensive docket of Section 337 investigations.

Before law school, Mr. Glenn researched bioethanol production from microbial catalysts using synthesis gas.  His work involved optimizing yields, understanding enzyme pathways, and analyzing products using gas chromatography and mass spectrometry.
