2024 INTA Leadership Meeting

Directors Tracy Durkin and Monica Riva Talley, along with Counsel Lauriel Dalier, Dana Justus, and Shana Olson, attended the 2024 INTA Leadership Meeting to participate in critical conversations that will help shape the future of the IP Landscape. Tracy was also a speaker during the “US Design Patents following LKQ: Dramatic Change or Mere Harmonization?” session, which discussed the implications of the 2024 US Federal Circuit Court decision in LKQ v. GM in which the Court dramatically altered the Obviousness Standard by which all Designs are evaluated and measured.
