2024 PTAB Bar Association Thought Leader Summit

Director Jason Fitzsimmons moderated Session 2 of the Round Table Discussions at the 2024 PTAB Bar Association Thought Leader Summit. In the session, Jason tackled critical topics such as the implications of LKQ Corp. v. GM Global Technology Operations LLC, inherency issues in post-grant proceedings, and things to consider in petitions involved in join defense group litigation.
