40th Annual Fall Institute on Intellectual Property Law

Director Tracy Durkin will be a speaker at the 40th Annual Fall Institute on Intellectual Property Law, hosted by the UH Law Center’s Institute for Intellectual Property & Information Law and the Houston Intellectual Property Law Association. During her session, which will take place on September 20, 2024, from 3:00 to 3:30 PM, Tracy will provide a design patent update.
