AIPLA 2017 Annual Meeting

Don Banowit, a director in our Litigation Group, will be a panelist in the patent litigation segment of the AIPLA Annual Meeting on Friday, October 20, 2017. The panel will cover “Best practices for managing parallel PTAB and District Court proceedings,” including topics such as rules, estoppel and using expert witnesses.

The meeting will be held at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel in Washington, D.C.
