Design Day 2023

Associate Rebekah Holtz will speak at Design Day 2023 at the USPTO in Alexandria, VA on Thursday, May 4, 2023. Her presentation, “Report from the Front Lines,” will discuss the most important design patent decisions over the past year from the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the district courts, and the PTAB.

The 16th annual Design Day is hosted by the USPTO and sponsored by the Intellectual Property Owners Association (IPO) and the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA). Registration is free and guests can attend in person or virtually.
