Durkin will speak on the E-commerce and Design Protection session during the 4th Annual Berkeley-Tsinghua Conference on Transnational IP Litigation on Wednesday, June 15, 2022 at 5:30 p.m. PT/8:30 p.m. ET. The virtual session will cover 3D marks, design patents, trade dress, applied art protection across borders, and enforcement of design rights on e-commerce platforms.
This conference is co-hosted by the Berkeley Center for Law & Technology and Tsinghua University and will address cross-border conflicts in litigation and licensing. Registration is free and open to all. Simultaneous translation will be provided.
