Seventy-nine countries have signed on to the Hague Agreement, enabling a global design filing strategy to take shape. China has been a signatory since last year, but some have expressed concerns about it being slow to examine and register a partial design. How does an individual country strategy affect whether to file under the Hague System? As practitioners gain experience with the system, speakers will discuss some key tips and strategies that have helped with deciding whether to file with the Hague system or not.
