Interview with Sterne Kessler’s Uma Everett

Director Uma N. Everett gave opening remarks during CenterForce’s IP Strategy Summit: New York on November 1, 2023. She also participated in a fireside chat regarding U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) practice, including her views on the ITC’s impact on the patent and IP landscape, recent cases in the media, and what IP owners should consider if they are a Complainant or Respondent at the ITC. She also discussed partnering with outside counsel and other best practices from her experience before the ITC.
