LEAP Webinar: AIA Oral Argument Encore

Join the Patent Trial and Appeal Board’s (PTAB) Legal Experience and Advancement Program (LEAP) for an America Invents Act (AIA) oral argument encore. Counsel Kristina Caggiano Kelly will be one of four practitioners presenting arguments in a mock AIA trial proceeding before a panel of three PTAB judges. After the arguments, all participating practitioners and PTAB judges panel will discuss the effectiveness of the arguments and approaches demonstrated during the mock AIA trial proceeding.
