MIP International Women’s Leadership Forum

Director Tracy-Gene G. Durkin will be attending Managing Intellectual Property’s 2019 International Women’s Leadership Forum in Chicago, Illinois, on September 12, 2019. In addition to serving as the conference chair, she will also be moderating an interactive breakout group on managing change.

Overview:
During these interactive group discussions, Tracy will put together a list of recommendations on how to improve participant organization’s talent management and retention of women lawyers. Drawing on advice and experiences, participants will discuss:

• Empowerment through mentoring & sponsorship; how to be a good mentor and understanding the value
• Embracing change and bringing your workplace up to date: How far have we come and where are we going
