MIP Life Sciences Forum

Managing IP held it’s second annual MIP Life Sciences Forum 2017 in New York on September 13th. A few topics the forum discussed were: examining the latest developments in patent prosecution and its implications on the life sciences, discussed key decisions and precedents at PTAB over the past 12 months, understanding IP pricing through the latest legislative developments.

Directors Deborah Sterling and Eldora L. Ellison, Ph.D. attended the forum. Deborah moderated the panel “Patent Trial and Appeal Board: Life Sciences Focus,” while Eldora was a panelist.
