MIP PTAB Forum 2018 – West

Directors Joe Mutschelknaus and Jon Wright will be participating in the panel “PTAB by the numbers; data, trends & analysis” at the MIP PTAB Forum 2018 in Palo Alto. Other panelists include Charles Boudreau, administrative patent judge of the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and Brian Love, assistant professor at Santa Clara University.

The MIP PTAB Forum 2018 is an opportunity to debate the key issues that are influencing PTAB proceedings, and to hear from world leaders in corporations, government officials and legal experts on implementing winning strategies to overcome complex issues and the changing AIA landscape.
