DEI is fast becoming a key priority for in-house legal teams as well as many law firms —especially in the realm of IP – where the gender gap is still significant. Creating more opportunities for women in STEM and promoting diversity in the life sciences is a critical step toward building an inclusive industry that benefits from diverse perspectives.
The panel discussed what DEI success looks like for different organizations, the value it brings to teams, and the ways in which in-house and outside counsel can work together to move the dial on DEI in this current climate.
