Perspectives on the PTAB: The New Role of the Administrate State in the Innovation Economy

Rob Sterne, founding director of Sterne Kessler, will be speaking on the panel, “A Lawyer’s Perspective on the PTAB”. The panel will be a moderated discussion about the PTAB’s impact on inventors’ and innovative companies’ ability to secure stable and effective patent rights on their inventions.

The conference, co-sponsored by the Center for the Study of the Administrative State (CSAS) and the Center for the Protection of Intellectual Property (CPIP) will be held on November 9, 2017 at the Antonin Scalia Law School, George Mason University.
