Prosecution Perspectives from a Panel of PTO Personnel and Practitioners

Counsel Jessica Harrison spoke at the 2023 Partnering in Patents pre-conference event hosted by the USPTO and AIPLA in the session entitled “Prosecution Perspectives from a Panel of PTO Personnel and Practitioners,” which took place on Wednesday, October 18, 2023. During the program, the Administrative Patent Judges, Supervisory Patent Examiners, and practitioners who comprised the panel provided brief overviews of their positions and roles in the PTAB appeals process. The session concluded with a moderated Q&A.
