PTAB Bar Association Round Table Discussion

Director Richard M. Bemben will moderate a round table discussion at the 2021 Thought Leader Summit, hosted by the PTAB Bar Association. Topics of discussion include the USPTO’s new rules package published December 9, 2020, pre-institution best practices, and discretionary denials.

In conjunction with meetings of the PTAB Bar Associations Board of Directors and committee leaders, this event brings together approximately 100 members of the general PTAB Bar Association membership, Association leadership, and APJs for two advanced PTAB CLE sessions followed by a networking reception.
