PTAB LEAP: AIA Mock Oral Argument Practicum

Associates Matthew Metzger and Joseph Venier participated in the USPTO’s “PTAB LEAP: AIA Mock Oral Argument Practicum.”

The practicum, part of the Legal Experience and Advancement Program (LEAP), offered practitioners an opportunity to hone their oral argument skills by presenting an AIA mock argument to a panel of sitting administrative patent judges. Participants received substantive feedback from the panel and engaged in a question-and-answer session with the judges.
