SEPs in an Evolving Market

As debate continues across a range of industries as to what constitutes as Fair, Reasonable and Non-Discriminatory (FRAND) in SEP licensing, in house IP leadership face significant risk to their portfolio in the form of legal challenges from licensees. Maintaining an SEP license portfolio, and in turn ensuring that any licenses that you are party to follow FRAND principles, is a cornerstone to the strategy of many industry leaders.
