Panel Description

Design rights can be a useful tool in your arsenal, particularly when attempting to create overlapping protection. This panel will summarize the various design-related legal rights (i.e., design patents, trade dress, design-related copyrights) available to build company value. We will provide case examples for protection and enforcement strategies in a wide variety of product segments, including consumer electronics, apparel and footwear, and graphical user interface.
