The Biggest Fed. Circ. Patent Rulings So Far in 2015

Jon E. Wright discusses with Law360 the importance of In re Cuozzo Speed Technologies, LLC in regards to appeals of decisions issued by the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). “Because [Cuozzo] was the first case, it set up a number of very important precedential rulings, including the scope of judicial review available to parties coming out of IPR,” Wright told Law360.
