Directors Michelle K. Holoubek and Carla Ji-Eun Kim Named “Women Worth Watching® in STEM” by Profiles in Diversity Journal

Kim emphasizes the importance of accepting and moving on from failure, as well as the need to shatter the internal barriers that prevent women from finding their confidence. “As women in STEM, we must overcome our own self-imposed limitations – limitations that we lock ourselves into when we think, ‘I can’t do this. I am scared. Should I do it? Can I demand this?’… But that’s an illusion. We must break the box open, expand the box, then break it again,” she explained.
