Four US patent trends to watch in 2024

Director Carla Ji-Eun Kim was quoted in the Managing IP article “Four US Patent Trends to Watch in 2024” about how US lawyers are keeping an eye on four trends this year which include two major judgments from 2023, global IP litigation, and budget concerns. Following is an excerpt from the article:
