In the article, Dallin comments that the ITC’s decision to suspend an import ban based on a PTAB decision “doesn’t represent a change necessarily but it does confirm a strategy that a lot of practitioners have been thinking about — that maybe in the ITC space, the strategy is to get that PTAB petition filed as quickly as possible.”
