Ivy Estoesta Recognized as an INTA Rising Star

Washington, D.C. (November 1, 2023) – Sterne, Kessler, Goldstein & Fox is pleased to announce that Ivy Clarice Estoesta, a director in the firm’s Mechanical & Design Practice Group and Trademark & Brand Protection Practice, has been named an International Trademark Association (INTA) Rising Star. The Rising Star program, launched late last year, aims to identify and cultivate future leaders and contributors to the intellectual property (IP) profession.

Estoesta counsels a wide range of clients, from startups to Fortune 500 companies, on strategically securing and enforcing IP rights in the United States and abroad, with a focus on design rights and brand protection. Her diligence for clients and as a thought leader have garnered several recent recognitions. Last month, she was named to World Intellectual Property Review’s list of Influential Women in IP “Shining Lights.” She also was named to Managing IP’s “Rising Stars” list. Earlier this year, Estoesta was recognized as a “Top Author” by the JD Supra Readers’ Choice Awards, which highlights top authors and law firms for their thought leadership in key topics read by C-suite executives, in-house counsel, media and other professionals.

Rising Stars are chosen based on input from INTA committee chairs, vice chairs and staff liaisons. Those selected have demonstrated a commitment to contributing to the IP profession or INTA by exemplifying substantive IP or dynamic skills through achievements within or outside the Association.
