Patrick Hennessy Joins Sterne Kessler as Chief Financial Officer

Washington, D.C. (December 20, 2023) – Sterne, Kessler, Goldstein & Fox is pleased to announce that Patrick Hennessy has joined the firm as chief financial officer. Hennessy is responsible for managing the overall financial operations of the firm, and his duties include overseeing accounting, budgeting, and all financial matters to support the firm’s growth targets and business planning objectives.

Hennessy brings more than three decades of progressive finance and senior administrative experience in professional services organizations, including over 20 years with law firms. Prior to joining Sterne Kessler, Pat served as senior director of finance at Crowell & Moring LLP, firm administrator at Odin Feldman & Pittleman PC, chief financial officer at Howrey LLP, and director at Booz Allen Hamilton.

Pat earned a Master of Business Administration from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Pat is also an alumnus of Harvard Law School’s Leadership in Law Firms Executive Education program.
