(September 10, 2024) – Robert Greene Sterne, a director in the Electronics Practice Group at Sterne, Kessler, Goldstein & Fox, has been named chairman of the board of directors of The Sedona Conference, a nonpartisan, nonprofit research and educational institute dedicated to the advanced study of law and policy in the areas of antitrust law, complex litigation, intellectual property rights, and data security and privacy law.

Sterne is one of the founding directors of Sterne Kessler and first served as co-chair of the Sedona Patent Litigation Conference in the early 2000s, playing a central role in building the forum into the most advanced and highly regarded nonpartisan thought leadership conference on U.S. patent litigation.
