“Sterne, Kessler, Goldstein & Fox has added PTAB Judge Jennifer Meyer Chagnon as counsel in its Electronics Practice Group. Chagnon had been an administrative patent judge since 2013, including the last five as a lead APJ.
Chagnon presided over more than 450 IPRs and post grant reviews at the USPTO while also adjudicating ex parte appeals. As a lead APJ she worked with the PTAB executive team on policy, personnel and strategy issues. Before joining the PTO Chagon practiced at Dickstein Shapiro.”
