This marks the eight consecutive year Sterne Kessler has been nationally recognized as a top law firm, since the report has been published. Founding directors Robert Greene Sterne and Jorge A. Goldstein, Ph.D. were recognized individually by Best Lawyers for their achievement in intellectual property law.

Sterne Kessler was ranked “Tier 1” nationally in the area of biotechnology law and ranked “Tier 2” nationally for litigation-patent, and patent law. In the Washington, D.C. region, the firm was ranked “Tier 1” in biotechnology law, litigation-patent, and patent law.
