Directors Daniel E. Yonan and H. Keeto Sabharwal, along with Associates Jon Boljesic, Sarah I. Danley and Diane E. Ghrist made significant contributions to the American Bar Association’s (ABA) recently published book Pre-ANDA Litigation: Strategies and Tactics for Developing a Drug Product and Patent Portfolio. The team of litigators co-authored the chapter titled, “Intellectual Property Considerations for Generic Product Opportunities.” Mr. Yonan and Mr. Sabharwal were also Associate Editors for the entire 773-page treatise. The book serves as an in-depth resource to help pharmaceutical companies navigate the complex legal and regulatory framework involved in bringing a product to market and fending off competition.
Pre-ANDA Litigation is the second related ABA publication to which Mr. Yonan and Mr. Sabharwal contributed and served as Associate Editors. The first book, published in 2012, is titled ANDA Litigation: Strategies and Tactics for Pharmaceutical Patent Litigators. Both publications highlight Sterne Kessler’s comprehensive understanding of complex federal law and regulations governing the drug-patent arena and the firm’s litigation expertise on such matters.
