Sterne Kessler Earns Top 10 Overall Ranking in Law360’s 2023 Diversity Snapshot

Washington, D.C. (July 28, 2023) – Sterne, Kessler, Goldstein & Fox is pleased to announce that the firm has earned top-tier rankings in Law360’s 2023 Diversity Snapshot – an annual survey that presents and analyzes law firms’ attorney diversity data in several measurement areas. This year, Sterne Kessler ranks among the top 10 out of 87 participating firms for overall diversity and among the top four firms for equity partnership diversity in the “101 to 250 attorneys” category.

Law360 uses a pipeline score to determine its overall firm rankings in each size category. The score incorporates minority representation headcount data from each seniority level and measures the percentage points above or below a set of benchmarks, which were established using Law360’s historical surveys and data from the American Bar Association. Sterne Kessler exceeded the benchmarks for the third consecutive year with a pipeline score of +2.2, positioning it among the 17% of all 283 eligible firms to do so.
