Sterne Kessler Helps Secure Denial of Two IPRs for Patent Owner Polaris PowerLED

Sterne, Kessler, Goldstein & Fox successfully secured denial of two inter partes review petitions at the PTAB on behalf of patent owner Polaris PowerLED Technologies. The subject patents relate to adjusting current provided between electronic devices based on sensed temperature and controlling the luminosity of strings of LEDs for electronic displays.
