Sterne, Kessler, Goldstein & Fox secured two more favorable final written decisions in the remaining inter partes review proceedings of U.S. Patent No. 10,894,503 at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) on behalf of Volkswagen Group of America, Inc. In sum, the PTAB found 68 of the ’503 patent’s 70 claims unpatentable in its three final written decisions.
