Sterne Kessler Secures PTAB Denial for VILOX AB’s Flooring System Patent

Sterne, Kessler, Goldstein & Fox secured denial of an inter partes review petition at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) on behalf of patent owner VILOX AB against i4F. Read the institution denial decision here.

The challenged patent, U.S. Patent No. 11,421,425 is for an innovative tongue and groove floor panel locking system. VILOX, based in Sweden, develops and patents new product concepts related to flooring and furniture installation systems.
