The Patent Trial and Appeal Board said in separate decisions Thursday that Take-Two hadn’t shown the challenged claims in Terminal Reality Inc.’s U.S. Patent Nos. 6,362,822 and 7,061,488 were likely invalid.

The decisions mark the latest win for Terminal Reality and the exclusive licensee of the patents, Infernal Technology LLC.”
