Michael J. Baca II is an IP Litigation Paralegal in Sterne Kessler’s Trial & Appellate Practice Group with over 14 years of experience in district court and appellate litigation, as well as US Patent office litigation.
Prior to joining Sterne Kessler, Michael worked as an IP Litigation paralegal in prestigious law firms assisting with a wide variety of tasks including patent litigation, trademark litigation, PTAB proceedings, TTAB proceedings, trademark enforcement, trademark prosecution, franchise registrations, business litigation, class action litigation, and pro bono work.
Michael earned his B.A. in English with a minor in Film Studies from Kennesaw State University, and has a paralegal certificate from Emory University.
