Overview
Shawn R. Mitkowski, Sterne Kessler’s chief information officer, is responsible for leading the Firm’s technology strategy and managing overall IT operations and customer service. His initiatives include improving service delivery through embracing effective and efficient use of technology; creating business models for delivering new services such as the firm’s award winning Mobile Docketing app; promoting online development opportunities to increase self-service; and leading strategic initiatives to transform the technology department to be flexible, adaptable and responsive to customer needs.
Prior to joining the Firm in 2012, Shawn was the CIO for Zuckerman Spaeder LLP where he built and led an experienced team responsible for providing strategic and technical direction in areas such as desktop support, enterprise system implementation, network operations and telecommunications.
Shawn earned his B.S. from Pennsylvania State University and his M.S. from Marymount University
