Bethany M. Ksczanowicz is a paralegal in Sterne Kessler’s Mechanical & Design Practice Group, where she primarily supports the prosecution of U.S. and foreign design patent applications. She manages design patent portfolios for clients in a variety of industries, including software, electronics, eyewear, sporting goods, automotive parts, and various consumer products. With a keen eye for design and a creative approach to problem-solving, Beth ensures that prosecution proceeds effectively and efficiently.
Prior to joining the firm as a paralegal in 2014, Beth managed a holistic psychotherapy center where she built operational systems for a growing small business and conducted patient intake. She also has experience in retail management and merchandising, marketing, sales, and fitness.
Beth graduated from Georgetown University with a B.A. in sociology. She received recognition from her department leaders and peers for her original research thesis—a historical case study applying postmodern social and economic theories of consumer enchantment to professional sports leagues.
