Christina E. Dashe is counsel in Sterne Kessler’s Trial & Appellate Practice Group. She represents clients in complex patent matters in federal district courts, contested proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and appeals at the Federal Circuit. She has extensive patent litigation experience in a variety of technological areas, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, software, and electronics. Christina has been involved in all stages of litigation, from pre-suit strategy and injunction practice to trials and appeals.
Prior to joining Sterne Kessler, Christina worked at a national general practice law firm where her practice focused on patent litigation.
During law school, Christina served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Alex Kozinski, then-Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
During her undergraduate work, Christina participated in the National Science Foundation’s Research Experience for Undergraduates (REU) program in nanomaterials and nanosciences at Dartmouth University.
Christina received her J.D. from the UCLA School of Law. She earned her B.S. in Physics, cum laude, from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA). At UCLA, she was also a member of the Women’s NCAA Rowing Team and was named the Rowing Pac-10 Scholar Athlete of the Year.
