Randy Montgomery is an associate in Sterne Kessler’s Electronics Practice Group. He focuses his practice on patent preparation and prosecution. Randy also has experience in opinion work, prior art searching and litigation support.

Randy brings a strong technical background to his practice, allowing him to understand clients’ businesses and related needs. He has more than nine years’ experience in the networking and telecommunications sectors, including three years of technology management with one of the world’s leading multinational telecommunications companies.

Prior to joining Sterne Kessler, Randy served as an associate for an Am Law 100 firm in Midtown Atlanta where he primarily focused on electrical, electronic, mechanical, software, and telecommunications patent management. He has also served as an intern working as an examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
