Ryan Kaiser is an associate in Sterne Kessler’s Trial & Appellate Practice Group. He works on patent litigation matters in the federal district courts, the U.S. International Trade Commission, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

Ryan has over a decade of patent litigation experience. He has worked on cases from complaint through appeal and has assisted with numerous trials and evidentiary hearings. He joined Sterne Kessler as an IP Assistant in 2017, having assisted with intellectual property matters at a litigation boutique prior to that.

Ryan earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from American University Washington College of Law. During law school, he served as a Note & Comment Editor and staff member on American University Law Review.
